Joseph Sheetz (1809-1882), son of Jacob Sheetz (1764-1828) and Eva Walker (1764-1835)
was a miller who owned and operated the nearby Sheetz Mill. Sometime later his grandson
Jack was a miller there until he moved to Lantz Mills with his family.
